ProCredit is a tech-enabled SME lender founded by a veteran team with over 50 years of combined SME-lending experience in emerging markets and have held senior credit roles at Citigroup, Standard Chartered, ANZ, and Asian Development Bank.
Leveraging this deep domain expertise, ProCredit aims to become one of the largest SME lenders in the Philippines, employing a credit-first client engagement model, rules-based underwriting and portfolio management architecture, and flexible product offerings with risk-based pricing that are geared towards providing a best-in-class customer experience and closing the credit cap in the Philippines’ mid-market SME segment.

Chief Executive Officer
Adnan is a senior banker with 34 years of Operations and Risk Management experience. He held senior roles at Citibank, ADB, and other large banking institutions, leading global risk management in multiple emerging markets.
Mitra Dwaipayan
CHIEF LENDING OFFICER
Mitra is an experienced Lending professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. He held senior roles in major financial institutions in multiple emerging countries in South and Southeast Asia. He was instrumental in scaling unsecured lending business via digitization in Vietnam and India. His last key role was as Chief Operating Officer in an SME-focused bank in Cambodia.
Karan Bhaskar
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Karan is a seasoned general management professional having built tech, customer, logistics, and lending businesses in India and the Philippines. In his last assignment, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tranko and the Chief Commercial Officer of SariPay, a unit of Growsari Enterprises.
